  You get Up Front Pricing to do the work and two years parts and labor guarantee with a Silver Knight Membership. You will also receive your membership coupon booklet.

• No Standard Dispatch Free

  This means you will never pay a dispatch fee between our standard hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday. (HVAC Diagnostic fee, is not a dispatch fee) (Emergency Dispatch is excluded but you receive 50% OFF the fee.)

• Free Annual Inspection

  Members receive an annual electrical, plumbing, and heating inspection.

• Transferable

  If you should move, you membership goes with you(within a 25 mile radius), or is transferable to the new owners of your home.

• Up to $800.00 in Money Saving Coupons:

• 2-year Labor & Material Warranty:

• All the benefits of the silver knight membership included in all maintenance contracts.
• (*If any refrigerant is need. The refrigerant is giving at a discounted rate for all maintenance plan members.)
• (**If the system hasn’t been cleaned for 3+ years, additional fees may apply)
• (***If you are getting a boiler or furnace cleaning, and would like to add an Air Condition system tune up as well. You may use the each additional AC unit price as an add-on cost.
