  This means you will never pay a dispatch fee between our standard hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday. (Emergency Dispatch is excluded but you receive ½ off the fee.)

• Free Safety Inspection

  Upon becoming a member, a safety inspection is performed the same day, making you aware of any safety issues before a problem arises.

• Free Annual Inspection

  Members receive an annual electrical, plumbing, and heating inspection.

• Transferable

  If you should move, you membership goes with you(within a 25 mile radius), or is transferable to the new owners of your home.
